A New Level of Faith: A Letter to the Woman Learning to Live in the Moment

Dear Woman Becoming,

This letter is for you — the woman who has spent 2025 or even past years living with her mind two steps ahead of her body. You believed you could only find progress in what was next. And so, you checked every box, carried every load, and pushed vigorously through every season. You measured your days by productivity, your worth by accomplishments, and your peace by how much you could control. And somewhere along the way, you forgot simply to live in the moment.

This woman was me, but I don’t believe I am alone.

Like me, something in you shifted! Life slowed us down. Perhaps, like me, God whispered in a quiet moment of reflection, interrupting your thoughts, and said, “Live in the moment.” I don’t recall the exact date or time when I grew tired of chasing moments that were never in my control. And whatever led to my realization, this new level of faith is holy. I believe that we’re here together, realizing God is not waiting for us in our next achievement — He is meeting us in our right now.

What does it mean to live in the moment?

Living in the moment is not about ignoring the future or pretending life is simple. It is about trusting God enough to stop rushing through the life He gave you. It is choosing presence over pressure. Living in the moment is realizing the miracle of your breath, the beauty of small joys, the sacredness of today — daily provisions to nourish us physically, emotionally, and spiritually.

“We acknowledge you as our Provider of all we need each day.” ~ Matthew 6:11 (The Passion Translation)

You’re learning to exercise faith, not only in giant leaps, but also in quiet pauses. You have discovered that slowing down is not falling behind; it is falling into grace. For the first time in a long time, you taste the sweetness of being present — the peace that calms you when you stop rehearsing what could go wrong. These are not small things. These are God’s whispers to remind you that you live life in the moment; you don't just survive it.

As you embrace this new level of faith, may you never again underestimate the power of a moment. God hides treasures in the ordinary. He speaks through stillness. He heals in the space we finally make for Him. This moment — this breath — is a gift. And you are learning to receive it without apology, without hurry, without fear.

Keep living here in the moment. Keep trusting here. Keep showing up in the life God is unfolding before you. Faith grows stronger in the now. Peace becomes clearer in the now. And God is beautifully, faithfully present in every single moment you choose to enter fully.

With love, light and hope,

A Woman Learning with You
