Born and raised in Columbus, Ohio, Shaniece's journey began under the guidance of her parents, Charles and Jacqueline Wise, and alongside her brother, Chad. Shaniece, can you tell us about a pivotal moment in your life that significantly influenced your career trajectory?"
The pivotal moment in my life that significantly influenced my career was when my father died. That sparked me to write my book, Activating Your Gifts: 15 Steps To Identify Your Gift To Prepare For Entrepreneurship, and take my business to the next level. My father went to his grave, not fully walking in his gifts. He was a phenomenal stylist, and he could have styled any celebrity in Hollywood, but he could never fully walk in his gift, which went with him to the grave. I aim to make sure as many female business owners as I can walk in their gifts and use them to change as many lives as possible.
Starting a business is one thing, but ensuring its growth is another. What's the secret behind the impressive growth rates your clients achieve?
The secret behind my clients' impressive growth rates is the framework I’ve created that allows me to meet each business owner exactly where they are. My integrity and commitment to my client's success is like no other. Nobody can do what I do the way I do it. I am confident in my gift, and I teach my clients how to become confident in theirs. I have had many ups and downs and learned a lot along the way. I have incorporated all of this, plus my business degrees and certifications, into how I teach and coach my business owners.
