Christmas in July: My Second Holiday Collaboration with King of Christmas

There’s something magical about opening a box that signals the beginning of the holiday season even if it’s still summertime.

This year marks my second Christmas in July collaboration with King of Christmas, and I couldn’t be more honored to partner once again with a brand that has become part of my holiday traditions.

When my 7.5ft Rushmore Flocked Artificial Christmas Tree arrived, I couldn’t wait to begin transforming my home. From fluffing each branch to hanging the very first ornament, every step reminded me why I love celebrating Christmas so much.

For many people, Christmas begins after Thanksgiving. For me, it begins with inspiration.

As the founder and publisher of HOPE Magazine, I believe our homes tell stories. They reflect our values, our memories, and the traditions that bring the people we love together. Decorating isn’t simply about creating something beautiful it’s about creating a feeling.

This year’s design is centered around a soft palette of blush pinks, champagne metallics, and elegant frosted textures. The flocked branches of the Rushmore tree create the perfect winter backdrop, allowing every ornament to shine while maintaining a timeless, sophisticated look.

One of my favorite moments was placing the ornaments one by one onto the branches. Watching the tree slowly come to life reminded me that beautiful things are rarely created all at once they’re built intentionally, one thoughtful detail at a time.

That’s a lesson that extends far beyond decorating.

As I carefully hung each ornament, I found myself reflecting on how much joy simple traditions bring into our lives. Sometimes we’re so focused on getting to Christmas morning that we forget to enjoy the beauty of preparing for it.

The oversized blush ornaments add softness and warmth, while the intricate jeweled ornaments bring just the right touch of elegance and sparkle. Together, they create a look that’s classic, inviting, and unmistakably HOPE.

This collaboration is especially meaningful because it allows me to share more than decorating inspiration. It allows me to invite our readers into my home and into a season that has always represented hope, peace, and togetherness.

At HOPE Magazine, we often talk about living boldly, brilliantly, and beautifully. I believe our homes should reflect that same spirit.

Whether you’re decorating your very first Christmas tree, creating new traditions with your family, or simply refreshing your holiday décor, remember that the most beautiful spaces are filled with intention not perfection.

I’m incredibly grateful to the team at King of Christmas for inviting me back for another year of creativity and collaboration. Their commitment to quality and craftsmanship makes it easy to create a holiday space that feels both elegant and welcoming.

Over the coming weeks, I’ll be sharing behind-the-scenes decorating moments, styling ideas, holiday inspiration, and the finished reveal of this year’s tree. If these first ornaments are any indication, this may be my favorite Christmas design yet.

I hope you’ll follow along as we continue this journey together.

Because Christmas isn’t just about decorating a tree.

It’s about creating moments that become memories, filling our homes with warmth, and remembering that hope has a way of shining brightest during the holiday season.

Here’s to another beautiful Christmas in July with King of Christmas and to making this holiday season our most meaningful one yet.
